BIO - Karl is a member of the Department of Justice Canada’s Emergency Management Team.
He has been working in the Security field for nearly a decade. After initially working security in the private sector, he joined the Quebec Government at the Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux de l’Outaouais (CISSSO) as a Building Overseer tasked with investigating and responding to fires, aggressive users, disappearances, chemical spills, bomb threats, theft, etc.
After spending seven years in the employment of the CISSSO, he joined the Federal Government in 2016. He has been with Justice Canada since January 2018, and supports the Building Emergency Organisation Program, the Business Continuity Management Program and the Emergency Management Program.
